2025 Chevrolet Trax: Interior Specs and Features
The Chevy Trax has five trim levels – LS, 1RS, LT, 2RS, and ACTIV. Each adds its own flair to the interior designs of the small SUV. The 2RS and the ACTIV trims have the most distinctive designs. The 2RS features unique interior accents, a heated, wrapped steering wheel, and RS badging, while the ACTIV trim sports a heated and wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel and red interior accents.
No matter which trim you opt for, the Trax cabin can seat up to five passengers in a two-row layout with well-cushioned and supportive seats. The base model features premium cloth upholstery, a six-way manually adjustable driver’s seat, and a four-way adjustable passenger seat. Upper trim levels offer synthetic leather upholstery, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and an eight-way power adjustable driver’s seat.
The 2024 Trax ushered in the second generation of the award-winning subcompact SUV, and the 2025 model carries over many of the upgrades and additions, including a more spacious rear seat. The cabin is functional and stylish, with user-friendly tech and a ton of connectivity features.
- Four Speaker Stereo (six-speaker option available)
- Satellite Radio
- Remote Keyless Entry with Optional Remote Start and Proximity Keyless Entry

For child safety, there are two sets of LATCH connectors on the rear outboard seats and a tether anchor in the middle seat.
Cargo space is abundant. There are 25.6 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row, and when you fold the rear seat down, you will have access to 54.6 cubic feet of space. That’s more than enough for large grocery runs and packing for long road trips.
